You never thought to use that grey matter between your ears to think that the date of halloween came before the US because Korea was in a different time zone? Same reason europe got them before the US. And all of the winters day stuff. Those shields are from the Coke promotion in Korea. We got beta events and pre order items, they got the Coke promotion.

Max stats, unmodifiable and only 1 mod. Gree/Gold/PvP weapons are still superior with the exception of the shield, which is better than pretty much every shield unless you are very lucky and find a similar one in PvE.

As for Coke vs Pre-order items, I was under the impression that the pre-order items sucked, whereas the Coke items where actually somewhat good. I haven't seen the stats for each in a long time though, so I could be wrong.

Thats a fee to play it in an Internet Cafe (sorry, not looking up the special code to type in the mark above the e) instead of actually purchasing the game.

Thats a totally different subject than a Monthly Fee to be on the servers.

I didn't actually say it was a monthly fee, although I'm still not 100% sure on how exactly their system works. Even with the comments Gaile made, there's still a little room for interpretation.
